McAllen - Ventura Hernandez 79, passed away on Sunday, March 31,2024 at his residence with family in McAllen. He was born on October 3,1945 born Ventura Hernandez and Antonia Solis in Edinburg, Texas. He is proceeded in death by his parents and his Daughter Dolores Hernandez and he is survived by his girlfriend Mary Rodriguez, Daughters Ada Hernandez, Veronica Rodriguez and Becky Hernandez, Brother Emilio Hernandez. two grandsons Eric and Evan Rodriguez, and many nieces and nephews but he had a favorite nephew Joe Capetillo. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 4pm to 9pm at Amador Funeral Home 1201 E. Ferguson Ave in Pharr. Family will get together on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 9am at Amador Funeral Home in Pharr and the burial will follow at Garciasville Cemetery in Garciasville, Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Amador Funeral Home in Pharr.
