Weslaco - Monica Cepeda 41, passed away on Tuesday, June 3,2025 at DHR Hospice in Edinburg. She was born on April 9,1984 to Jose Luis Rios and Carmen Cepeda in Weslaco, Texas. She is survived by her parents Jose Luis Rios, Carmen Julia Cepeda and Agapito Cepeda(stepfather), Husband Raul Cepeda Jr., Sons Angel Isajah and Reynaldo Cepeda, Brother Miguel Pena, Sisters Mindy Rios and Maritza Cepeda. Monica will be cremated at Val Verde Crematory in Donna. No services at this time. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dimas L. Amador-Funeral Director at Amador Funeral Home in Edcouch.
