Pharr - Mario Nunez 74, passed away on Tuesday, July 11,2023 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen. Mr. Nunez was born on March 25,1949 to Tomas and Jovita Nunez in Harlingen, Texas. He is survived by his Wife Maria Elena Nunez, Sons Gerardo, Mario, Jaime, Esteban, Josue and Pablo Nunez, Daughter Kayla Nunez( John) Rubio, Sisters Ramona Gomez and Aurora Hernandez, 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 13,2023 from 4pm to 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm at Amador Funeral Home- The Lord's Chapel in Pharr. A chapel service will take place at 12 noon at Amador Funeral Home in Pharr and burial will follow at Val Verde Cemetery in Donna. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Amador Funeral Home in Pharr.
