Alamo - Marcelino Llanas 87, passed away on Saturday, January 25,2025 at his residence in Alamo. He was born on July 6,1937 to Simona Llanas in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He is proceeded in death by Antonio Llanas, Belinda Rodriguez. He is survived by his Sons Marcelino Jr., Pedro Jose and Jose Angel Llanas, Daughters Juanita Gonzalez, Maria Victoria Presas, Marina Saenz, Modesta Flores and Simona Llanas, Brothers Jose Angel Moreno and Nicholas Llanas, Sisters Costa Llanas and Eva Llanas, 21 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 28,2025 from 4pm to 9pm at Amador Funeral Home 1201 E. Ferguson Ave in Pharr. A rosary will be held at 7pm that evening. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 29,2025 at 10am at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Cremation will follow at Val Verde Crematory in Donna. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dimas L. Amador- Funeral Director at Amador Funeral Home in Pharr.
