Alamo - Lilia Elizalde 90, passed away on Monday, June 17,2024 at her residence in Alamo. She was born on April 1,1934 to Hilarion and Josefa Garcia in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Mrs. Elizalde is proceeded in death by her Husband Marcimiliano Elizalde and Brothers Erasmo and Hilarion Jr. Garcia, Sisters Teodora Garcia and Alicia Garcia, and Grandson Michael Elizalde. She is survived by her Sons Marce and Rolando Elizalde, Daughter Maria Elena Elizalde, Brothers Eluid, Hector and Elias Garcia, Sisters Hortencia Almendarez, Virginia Beltran, Irma Mares and Isabel Montelongo, 5 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 4pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Amador Funeral Home 1201 E. Ferguson Ave in Pharr. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 21,2024 at 2pm at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo and burial will follow at Val Verde Cemetery in Donna. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Amador Funeral Home in Pharr.
