Alamo - Erasmo Garcia 72, passed away on Tuesday, January 27,2026 at his residence in Alamo with family by his side. Mr. Garcia was born on May 30,1953 to Rafael and Guadalupe Garcia. Mr. Garcia was a loving husband, father and friend. He enjoys spending time with family and his grandchildren. Mr. Garcia is survived by his loving wife Blanca Estela Garcia, son Heriberto (Megan) Garcia, daughters Blanca Nelly (Omar) Gallardo, Noemi (Allan) Celada and Marlene (Juan Carlos) Garcia, brothers Jose Angel Garcia and Jose Luis Garcia, sisters Concepcion Garcia and Maria de Jesus Rodriguez and 11 grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Friday, January 30,2026 from 4pm to 9pm at Amador Funeral Home 1201 E. Ferguson Ave in Pharr. The family will have a prayer service at 7pm that same evening. Cremation will follow at Val Verde Crematory in Donna. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Dimas L. Amador-Funeral Director at Amador Funeral Home in Pharr.
